We want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase from Baltic Born, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for store credit on all eligible items. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email for the full value of your returned items.
